About Kylie

Supporting you to reconnect, heal and grow.

Welcome!

I’m Kylie, a registered psychologist dedicated to supporting adults and older adolescents 17+ as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the strength of every person’s capacity to heal and connect with their inner wisdom. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centred on creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

I endeavour to truly understand your story, working alongside you to explore patterns, build insight, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change. Together, we can gently explore what’s holding you back and create space for new ways of relating—to yourself, others, and your life as a whole.

My Approach

My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic, person-centred values. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership—where we move at your pace, with your needs and goals guiding the process.

I draw from evidence-based therapies such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Schema Therapy

  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

I also have a particular interest in approaches that explore deeper patterns and mind-body connections, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

  • Somatic Therapy

Together, we’ll tailor our work to what feels most supportive for you.

A Little About Me

Outside of my work as a psychologist, I find calm and connection through photography and spending time in nature—both of which influence the grounded, mindful presence I bring to my practice.

My practice, Eudemonia Psychology, is named after the concept of eudaimonia—the pursuit of living authentically, in alignment with your true self. This philosophy shapes my work: supporting people to live with greater meaning, clarity, and authenticity.
